Feel good in your body with your Fitness Club
Control your body, redraw your shape, improve your performance or simply stay in shape … The Country Club Geneva’s Fitness team strives to achieve both your aesthetic and sporting goals. Designed in coherence with the sports disciplines practiced in the club (tennis, squash, golf, swimming), the collective classes of the Fitness department also participate in the improvement of your performances. Become a Country Club Fitness member will give you access to facilities and rooms dedicated to different sports.
Our formulas allow you to train at your own pace, whether as a couple, a duo or a group lesson. We also have junior classes, we take care of your child during your session.

Cardio, aerobics, pilates ...
we offer 35 different group classes per week.
Being a fitness member at the Country Club gives you free access to the 35 weekly classes as well as the numerous rooms dedicated to Yoga, cardio-musculation and RPM (the new generation indoor bike). The specializations of our coaches are various to help you refine or strengthen your muscle mass.
We therefore offer intensive sessions such as body pump, Air Force Workout, kickboxing, total body conditioning workout, or circuit training, as well as softer sessions, ranging from streching to strala yoga, as well as Pilates. Our Coach Birgit has also made her specialty: she offers, in a dedicated room, quiet and intimate, the Pilates method, a program to rebalance the muscles of the body.

Our Aqua-fitness classes
To relieve the back, improve flexibility, fitness and quality of life, this fitness program is ideal. Our coaches Bruno, Julien and Arnaud are qualified to provide fitness classes in the aquatic environment:
- Aqua Boxe,
- Aqua Sculpt,
- Aqua Gym,
- Aqua Tonic.
These exercises allow you to do fitness without risking injury, and without having to endure aches the next day. In addition, the pressure exerted by the water makes movement more difficult and smoothes the orange peel, increasing the benefits of each movement.


THE CLUB’S BENEFITS : the personal trainer
During the group lessons offered each week, a professional and experienced team is at your disposal every day to help and advise you. But that’s not all. Our 19 coaches are also personal trainers, accompanying you personally and in the long term towards obtaining your objectives.
You can perform with them fully customized sessions, either in a particular discipline or cross-discipline. It will follow you in the long term and will accompany your performances, always adapting the exercises to your needs. You can also enjoy the personal trainer duo, with the member fitness pair offer.
