Le Country is one of Geneva’s newest venues for gourmet dining. In an “English club house” atmosphere, Chef Thomas Duchemin and his team propose a classic “club” menu as well as a “suggestion” menu with sophisticated dishes that will delight sports practitioners and food connoisseurs alike.

The restaurant is open to the public for lunch from Monday to Sunday in the spring and summer months—and soon all year long thanks to the veranda—lunch can be enjoyed on the terrace. The restaurant can be reserved in the evenings for dinner parties for 50 to 120 guests or receptions for up to 400 guests.

Thomas Duchemin, a talented young chef

Coming from a family of restaurateurs, Thomas Duchemin spent his childhood between the kitchen and the dining room of his family’s restaurant. He then studied at renowned culinary institutes in Geneva, France and Australia. The 2014 winner of Geneva’s “Chef & Designer” team competition, he brings his expertise and passion for local quality products to the Country Club Geneva. In tune with the seasons, Thomas and his sous-chef Cédric Masi propose lovingly inspired dishes that are eclectic, inventive and flavourful.
