Thomas Duchemin, a talented young chef
Coming from a family of restaurateurs, Thomas Duchemin spent his childhood between the kitchen and the dining room of his family’s restaurant. He then studied at renowned culinary institutes in Geneva, France and Australia. The 2014 winner of Geneva’s “Chef & Designer” team competition, he brings his expertise and passion for local quality products to the Country Club Geneva. In tune with the seasons, Thomas and his sous-chef Cédric Masi propose lovingly inspired dishes that are eclectic, inventive and flavourful.
